2018 Martis Camp Market Report

The first six months of 2018 are on pace to surpass Martis Camp’s record for annual sales set just last year. As of June 20, 2018, we have closed or put into escrow 31 custom homes and 14 homesites totaling more than $176,000,000 in volume.

Over all of 2017, our dedicated team of agents at Martis Camp Realty recorded 45 home sales and 36 homesite sales, representing $244,000,000 in volume. With historically low levels of inventory within the community and the magic of the summer season ahead, our team anticipates continued demand throughout 2018.
