Living to Learn!
Expanded class offerings and the relocation of the Folk School to its permanent home in the Family Barn mark an exciting beginning for the 2009 Martis Camp Folk School. Incorporating the idea of Living to Learn, the Martis Camp Folk School aims not to impart participants with exact knowledge or precise skills, but to provide a place where individuals and families can gather to learn, reflect and wonder in a welcoming environment for years and years to come. Creative, educational, natural and artistic learning encapsulate the essence of this year’s curriculum.*Class enrollment fees will be waived in 2009, however a materials fee will be applied for class materials and supplies.
