Joshua Plack shares his insight about pairing
food and wine in this premier epicurean
class. Three protein courses are presented by
Executive Chef Brett Moseley, and each course
is further paired with three wines selected for
their complementary flavors. Your task is to
explore and savor all the combinations at hand
to discover your personal preferences. Learn
how to apply those preferences when dining
and entertaining, and leave class with a head
(and belly) full of delicious new ideas.
