into three wonderful cheeses: ricotta, farmers’
cheese and crème fraiche. This hands-on class
covers all the cheesemaking basics including
types of milk, core ingredients, essential
equipment and more. Walk away with the
confidence to make the recipes again on your
own – and maybe even try some new ones.
