Instructor Lauri Glenn helps release muscular pain and tension, relieve anxiety,
and disrupt chronic holding patterns in the body. These two-hour workshops use
somatic movement, breathing techniques, self-massage techniques and simple
yoga poses to calm the nervous system and awaken your body’s ability for healing.
