What goes into making authentic sushi? Join Chef Shaun for an informative afternoon as he leads you through Japanese traditions, ingredients and the best way to source seafood for raw consumption. Basic knife skills, rolls, sashimi and nigiri methods are also covered. Taste some fine saké and Japanese micro-brewery beers as well.
