Adirondack chairs possess a class and style all
of their own, and fit right into the lifestyle and
rustic decor of The Camp. Join us for a three-day
workshop to build your own Adirondack chair
by hand. Learn new and traditional woodworking
techniques required to create this timeless
piece of furniture. With enough practice, you
might even someday aspire to make the super
deluxe rocker (pictured) that lives right here at
The Camp. One thing is for sure – you’ll end class
with a beautiful and practical chair to enjoy in
front of the fire for many years to come.
Tom Beebe is a formally trained woodworking
artist from Truckee, California. He has more than
25 years of experience and enjoys combining old
world techniques with modern technology. His
award-winning work has been featured in local
galleries and exhibitions.
