Our mission is to introduce junior golfers to the
Martis Camp golf amenity and the lifelong benefits of
the game. With a focus on goal-oriented (game-based)
learning, our professional staff introduces the benefits
of the game in a progressive curriculum through the
summer season, as a pathway to self-confidence,
independence, respect, and an appreciation for the
game and its benefits.
WEE KLY INSTRUCTION
Entry Level, $10 per session
Sundays in July and August, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Entry level golfers ages 4-8 are encouraged to take part
in our Sunday morning clinics where high energy FUN
is on the agenda for one-hour sessions. Target-oriented
games and athletic skill development is designed to get
your junior golfer excited about the game.
Levels I, II & III
Tuesday, June 17th – Thursday, August 14th
Level I: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Level II : Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Level III : Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Golfers ages 6-16 with previous golf experience are
invited to take part in regular instruction and course
play through the summer. Tuesday and Thursday
afternoon training sessions provide a way to measure
progress through three distinct levels of certification.

The Martis Camp Junior Development program helps
juniors navigate through a participatory program where
goals are abundant and recognition is constant. All
juniors start with Level I curriculum and testing, regardless
of their ability. After instruction and adequate practice
time, a junior’s abilities are put to the test in areas
such as Putting, Around the Green, Full Swing, Knowledge
and Score. Some juniors will progress very quickly
through the early levels, which is a great confidencebuilder.
Some juniors will have to apply themselves and
practice regularly to pass their current skill test, a great
Cost is $400 per participant which covers all instruction
and supervised play for the season. Participants in the
Junior Development Program may come as often or as
little as their schedule permits. Pre-registered guests may
participate at a cost of $45 per “drop-in” session.
Drop-in participation does not constitute participation
in the overall program. Drop-in space is limited so sign
up with plenty of advance notice.
JUNIOR GOLF COACHES
Assistant Golf Professional Tony Neadeau continues to
lead the junior programs with assistance from Martis
Camp’s PGA members, apprentices and interns.
JUNIOR ENGAGEMENT WITH ONLINE TOOLS
We are implementing a new platform at the club,
built by the Game of Golf Institute, GOGI. GOGI
is a non-profit organization that aims to enhance the
popularity of golf by giving golfers the online tools
to manage his or her golfing journey.
