Healthy, fresh Vietnamese spring rolls are not only delicious, but fun to make. Local children’s cooking instructor Thao Doan guides our junior chefs as they make their own lunches, plus some to share at home. Along with rolls, chefs learn three tasty dipping sauces, a delicious lychee-based drink, and French Madeline cookies for dessert!
