The 18,000 sq.ft. Family Barn will be a unique Club amenity designed for pure enjoyment. Boasting a summer swimming venue, nostalgic soda fountain, bowling lanes, a movie theater, an indoor basketball court and more, the Family Barn is a gathering place rarely found in a private club community - a place that offers recreation of the highest order.

Martis Camp also embraces an abiding passion for the arts. The art loft—part of the Family Barn—is a space for Club members to attend art classes and create sketches, paintings and sculptures. And in this breathtaking community, the sources of inspiration will never be in short supply. Adjoining the Family Barn will be the Martis Camp Performance Stage and Amphitheater created to host an array of entertainment offerings. This picturesque park will feature walking trails that meander along streams and the community’s three-acre lake.
