CONCERT SEATING
• Members may choose and reserve up to 6 concert seats per member family. Concert seats may be reserved according to availability as shown in the online seating chart at members.martiscamp.com.
• Concert seats may be occupied starting at 5:00 p.m. on each concert day. Reserved concert seats will be held until 7:30 p.m. and seats not claimed by 7:30 p.m. will be released to other concert attendees.
• Members are encouraged to reserve ONLY the number of seats needed
and limit their invited guests so all Martis Camp member families may enjoy the available seating. Please reserve concert seats for adults only and bring
a blanket for the kids.
RESERVING CONCERT SEATING ONLINE
Wonder Bread 5: Thursday, July 5th starting at noon
All other concerts: Friday before each concert, starting at noon (June 22nd, July 20th, July 27th, August 10th and August 31st)
Concerts seats (low-back, fabric folding chairs) may be reserved online starting at noon on the Friday before each concert. Please note, concert seats for Wonder Bread 5 will be available starting at noon on Thursday, July 5th.
Members should have their member number ready and begin by logging into the member website at members.martiscamp.com. Click on the yellow “Reservations” tab at the top right edge of the page and choose “Concert Series.” Select “Buy Ticket” for the concert taking place the following day.
Select the number of tickets you’d like to reserve (up to 6). Please note, all concert seats are complimentary. Our online reservation system will initially list the cost of each ticket as $0.01 but upon entering your member number, each ticket will display a $0.00 balance. Select which seats you’d like to reserve and click “Continue” to go
to the next page.
Enter your member number and select “Apply.” Complete all fields with a red asterisk including First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone Number (local number please).
Select “Confirm Order” to complete your reservation! You will receive an email confirmation and ticket PDF at the email address provided during the reservation process. Please note, there is no need to bring the confirmation or the tickets with you to the concert. Family Barn Ambassadors will mark seats according to the online seating chart reservations.
MCCF PREMIER CONCERT SEATING AUCTION
Martis Camp auctions off one Premier Concert Seating Package for each summer concert of the series. The auction takes place online at members.martiscamp.com. Auction proceeds benefit the Martis Camp Community Foundation. Each Premier Concert Seating Package includes:
6 premier concert seats at the front of the amphitheater 6 Concert Concession tickets to our dinner buffet Reserved dinner table for 6 at the Concert Park Lake
3 complimentary bottles of wine for the concert
On the Friday before each concert, bidding opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes at
11:30 a.m. Bidding starts at $1,000, and bids must be made in increments of $25. Bids are accepted in the order they are received and are only accepted if the amount is higher than the current highest bid shown on the auction web page. You may
bid as many times as you like, but bids are not accepted by phone or in person.
AN EVENING OF ACOUSTIC HARMONIES
Featuring the music of Runaway June
and dinner with select wines from Spring Mountain Saturday, August 4th
6:30 p m  at the Lake Tent
$250 per person, ages 21 and up • Limited to 120 people
Unplug at the Concert Park Lake with the acoustic melodies of Runaway June. For details, see Signature Events on page 17.
