MEXICAMP FIESTA DINNER

Put a little spice in your Friday night! Come to the Camp Lodge East Terrace for an alfresco feast of Mexican specialties. We’ve got the beans, the cheese, the guacamole and salsa – everything you need to top your tacos and taquitos to make them
muy delicioso. And don’t forget the añejo! Our specialty tequila bar is the perfect place to sip and savor some finely crafted products from south of the border.
With accompanying Latino acoustic guitar, it’s a fun fiesta to start the weekend!

11:00 a m  Awards ceremony and barbecue at the Lake Tent
$50 per adult • $25 per junior (13-17) • $15 per child (5-12) • Under 5 complimentary $25 per person for barbecue lunch only, while accompanying a runner
Double-knot your shoelaces and celebrate Labor Day weekend with a 5K run for
a good cause. Walk, jog, skip or do cartwheels as you follow the scenic course on the trails around The Camp. Whether you aim for the podium at the awards ceremony or just show up for a good time, our annual Fun Run is the exclamation mark at the end of summer! Your efforts are rewarded with a barbecue lunch at the Family Barn and all proceeds go to the Martis Camp Community Foundation.

On this especially elegant evening of the summer, we’re bringing you an up-close-and-personal acoustic music experience.
Following cocktails and a sumptuous dinner, retire to the comfort of the Lake Tent where Runaway June serenades you with signature three-part harmonies reminiscent of the Dixie Chicks. Naomi Cooke (guitar and mid-range harmony), Hannah Mulholland (mandolin and low harmony) and Jennifer Wayne (guitar, high harmony and John Wayne’s granddaughter) share their unique combination of country and bluegrass blended with their own lyrical style, creating a new sound that’s taking country music by storm.
