HOURS
Fitness: 7:00 a m  – 8:00 p m  daily at the Camp Lodge
Lap Pool: 8:00 a m  – 6:00 p m  daily at the Camp Lodge Soaking Tubs: 8:00 a m  – 8:00 p m  daily at the Camp Lodge
At the discretion of the Fitness Manager, use of the Fitness Center by children 15 and under is allowed when accompanied by a supervising adult. Children under 12 are not allowed to use gym equipment.
Wet areas of the Camp Lodge – including pool, soaking tubs, whirlpool, steam rooms and showers – may only be accessed by members and guests ages 16 years and up.

Single session $95 • Five sessions $450 • Two or more people $130/session Cancellations require at least 48-hours notice to avoid charge for a single session

KIMBERLY MYNATT
Kimberly has been Fitness Manager at Martis Camp since 2012. She has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and holds several certifications including FMS, SFMA, TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Level 3 and EXOS Phase 3 Performance Specialist. She specializes in optimizing movement patterns to maximize performance and longevity. Kim adapts her instruction to your specific needs and goals to help you achieve a lifetime of wellness.
DAVE VALENTINE
Dave Valentine has been a fitness assistant and personal trainer at Martis Camp since 2015. He is a certified-EXOS Performance Specialist and employs a holistic approach to training with emphasis on mindset, nutrition, movement and recovery. Dave has also coached ski racing since 2010 and is both a USSA Level 200 and
PSIA Level 3-certified coach. As the head U12 Alpine Race Team Coach at Northstar California, he specializes in the physical and mental training of young athletes. He runs numerous sports camps throughout the summer, dedicated to im- proving young athletes’ sports performance through proper preparation, sport- and age-specific training, and recovery.
