Improve your game with Bryan Pate, Martis Camp’s Director of Golf Instruction. Bryan helps students understand their game, create a practice plan, develop new skills and enhance their overall game. With his instruction, students have fun meeting their goals while progressing to the next level
in the challenging and rewarding game of golf.
Our goal is to create a coaching culture at Martis Camp where Members have a place to train in order to reach their goals. If you’re ready to hit better shots, play better golf and have more fun, our staff and these programs will guide you. Whether you prefer individual coaching, customized training or a group coaching program, we’re here to help you on your journey.
Individual coaching is great for discussing swing concepts and working on your swing techniques. Together we can measure where you are, discuss where you want to go, and create a plan to guide you to your goal. You’ll develop an understanding of how
to improve your technique and your game. Through purposeful practice and feedback, your skills will advance and transfer to the course.
Coaching programs provide a great learning environment where students enjoy camaraderie while learning and training together. Programs include a mix of individ- ual coaching, group training and on-course coaching to help everyone in the program reach their goals. These programs are designed for golfers who want to shoot lower scores and commit to consistent training. By spending time with coaches throughout the season, students stay on track as they increase their skills. Continual training to- gether allows for a broader focus on the entire game including technique, skill acquisi- tion, course management and mental preparedness. Please note, group training is not a private lesson but students receive one-on-one coaching throughout the session.

Bryan graduated from the Arizona State University Professional Golf Management Program in 2006 with honors Since then Bryan has been following his passion to help golfers reach their goals and expand his knowledge of coaching. The in uences of renowned teachers Martin Chuck, Dana Dahlquist, Joseph Mayo, Stan Utley, James Ridyard, Andy Plummer and others have helped shape him into the coach he is today
