After a summer that started with steady tours but slower sales, Martis Camp’s market has shifted into high gear. Since early August, 12 homes and 4 homesites have gone into contract — signaling a powerful resurgence in buyer demand year over year. Even more impressive are the record-setting sales achieved this season.
In Martis Camp’s history, only one home had ever sold above $15,000,000, until now. We are proud to share that three homes have recently closed over $15,000,000:
- MC 178 closed on 9/26/25 for $21,500,000
- MC 115 closed on 10/3/25 for $18,750,000
- MC 597/595 closed on 9/15/25 for $16,730,000
In addition, MC 371 is currently in escrow with a list price of $17,495,000
Martis Camp Realty represented all four sellers of these spectacular estates and generated three of the four buyers, continuing our legacy of leadership and commitment to Martis Camp.
We believe several factors have driven this increased buyer demand:
