Despite historical amounts of snow this winter which created tough conditions for selling real estate, the Martis Camp market continued to provide strong sales numbers of $112 million through the first half of 2023. In addition, we enter the summer selling season with the best selection of inventory in years, which should create a continued strong market dynamic for the balance of 2023.
As of July 1, 2023, in Martis Camp there have been 11 custom homes and 8 homesites contract. There are currently 13 custom homes (pricing from $4,495,000 – $21,995,000 and 12 homesites (pricing from $2,245,000 – $4,950,000) for sale.
