The 2026 real estate year at Martis Camp maintained strong momentum through the first half of the year despite a choppy and inconsistent ski season, which typically serves as a key driver of winter traffic and buyer activity. The market was further energized by growing excitement surrounding the Club’s acquisition of the Mourelatos Lakefront Resort on Lake Tahoe, a significant enhancement to the Martis Camp lifestyle that has generated considerable interest among both current and prospective members.
Between January and June, 14 homes and 6 homesites either closed or entered escrow, representing more than $127 million in total transaction volume. Demand remained particularly strong in the mid-market segment, while a notable increase in homesite activity reflected continued confidence in the long-term value of building and investing within the community.
