SUMMER CAMP & TEEN TIME POLICIES
CANCELLATION • Cancellation is permitted up to 14 days prior to the rst day of the summer camp for which your child is registered Failure to notify will result in a full charge for the camp to cover the costs associated with the child’s assumed participation
NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE • Registration for each Summer Camp includes a $100 non-refundable registration fee applied to the total cost of the camp
ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENT • Full-day camp registration must be made for the entirety of the speci ed program dates. Program costs cannot be prorated.
AGE REQUIREMENT • Our summer camps have strict age requirements, with no exceptions Please take careful note of the age requirements for each summer camp to make sure your child is eligible to attend
WEATHER POLICY • Summer camps are subject to modi cation or cancellation due to weather, if experienced or persisting on a camp day
SUMMER CAMP LATE PICKUP POLICY • Members arriving late to pick up children from summer camps will be charged a $20 late fee, per child, per 30 minutes after the event
HAPPY CAMPERS

9:00 a m – 2:00 p m at the Family Barn
$400 per camper (unless otherwise noted)
Drop off at the Kids Korral inside the Family Barn, pick up at the Family Barn Pool
Five-year-old Campers enjoy games, arts, crafts and adventures around Martis Camp, including weekly swim lessons. Daily activities are centered around the theme of each camp listed below. Each day includes lunch at the Family Barn and swimming in the Family Barn pool.

Monday, June 18th – Thursday, June 21st: Art in Nature
Tahoe Institute for Natural Sciences helps us decorate birdhouses to take home.
Monday, June 25th – Thursday, June 28th: Adventure Camp
Tahoe Institute for Natural Sciences leads an orienteering activity and scavenger hunt!
Monday, July 9th– Thursday, July 12th: Barnyard Palooza
Get ready for Barn Olympics and learn about animals living at The Camp.
Monday, July 16th – Thursday, July 19th: Wilderness Exploration
Bring your sense of adventure for fun activities about the Tahoe wilderness.
Monday, July 23rd – Thursday, July 26th: Create It Camp
Learn from amazing local artists and make a masterpiece of your own!
Monday, July 30th – Thursday, August 2nd: Anything Grows
This camp is focused on everything that grows, including FRIENDSHIPS!
Monday, August 6th – Thursday, August 9th: Passport to Fun
Silliness, fun, kickball and a belly flop contest! Don’t miss this week of camp!
Monday, August 13th – Thursday, August 16th: Exploring Tahoe ($500)
Go beyond The Camp and explore new places in the Truckee/Tahoe region.
DROP-IN DAYS
Ages 5-7
Monday, August 20th – Thursday, August 23rd
9:00 a m – 1:00 p m at the Family Barn
$100 per camper, per day • Minimum of four campers required
Campers ages 5-7, come to Drop-In Days during a special week just for you! Each day is themed around a variety of arts, crafts, games and fun throughout The Camp.
