BY MAKING A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THE AREAS OF EDUCATION, YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, HUMAN SERVICES AND RECREATION.
STRONGER TOGETHER THROUGH THE MCCF
Our love for the outdoors, an active lifestyle, making memories with loved ones,
and the Lake Tahoe region itself are just a few of the shared reasons we’ve all chosen to call Martis Camp home. Our quality of life is enriched by the opportunities available to us, both here at Martis Camp and within the greater Truckee/Tahoe community. Yet there are many ways we can make our region an even better place for all of us to enjoy. Since 2011 the Martis Camp Community Foundation has been working with local nonprofit organizations to identify areas of need where the MCCF may be able to assist through community grants. The MCCF also offers scholarships to local
high school students, as well as tuition assistance to eligible Martis Camp Ambassadors and their children. These programs are funded by your tax-deductible donations, without which we would not be able to carry out our mission. Together with your help, our positive impact in the community continues to grow and touch more
lives every year.
WHY GIVE TO THE MCCF?
Through your donations to the MCCF, you make a difference by enhancing local quality of life while raising awareness of our collective support for the vibrancy and year-round sustainability of the Truckee/Tahoe community.
In deciding how to make the MCCF a part of your yearly charitable giving plan, it may be helpful to think about your time at Martis Camp. For example, if you spend 25% of your time here we hope you’ll consider spending 25% of your yearly charitable dollars through the MCCF.

Every year, we thoroughly review grant applications from local non-profit organizations in need, as well as students and Ambassadors requesting financial aid to achieve their education goals. With your generous donations, we’re able to meet the needs and improve the lives of many of our applicants. We hope you’ll join us in this worthy cause.
