Market Report: Martis Camp 2025 Yearly Report

The 2025 real estate year at Martis Camp has been unlike any other. It opened with limited inventory and strong momentum, yielding 10 home closings through April. By early summer, inventory nearly doubled and, with typical seasonal slowing, sales eased to five closings between May and August. From August through October, the market surged with 14 home closings, including a record four over $15,000,000. Martis Camp Realty proudly listed all four and generated three of the four buyers. The year also saw 12 homesite sales, signaling continued interest in new builds. This strong late-year activity highlights solid demand across all segments and meaningful support at the upper end of the market, setting a positive foundation for 2026.
