your plate! Learn how to make three signature salads
to delight your palate and dazzle your guests. Create salad dressings from scratch and get the scoop on where and how to find the freshest organic produce around. These salads aren’t just satiating, they’re sustainably farmed and certifiably fresh.

Turn your tablet into a canvas on the go! Discover tips and tricks to unlock your digital imagination as you learn that the power of sketching isn’t just limited to pencil and paper. Spend the first part of class learning the tips and tricks of the apps, then go outside to sketch live or gather inspirational photos. The Art Loft will be transformed into a digital painting studio! No prior experience required. This is a class for everyone.
