Historic amounts of snowfall created one of the best ski seasons in recent memory which transitioned into an equally amazing summer of club events at The Camp. As of December 1, 2019, we have closed or put into escrow 34 custom homes and 24 homesites totaling more than $221,000,000 in volume. Inventory levels remain consistent as we enter the winter season with 31 homes for sale (pricing from; $2,295,000-$12,495,000) and 35 homesites for sale (pricing from; $849,000-$3,795,000). With the excitement of the winter season ahead we anticipate continued demand throughout 2020.
